Velsicol Chemical Corp. – Chemical Industry Russian Association Six Sigma assisted in Six Sigma deployment on the company’s paint production plant in Russia. As a result of the project, company was able to increase efficiency of paint packaging (precise dispensing), which resulted in significant economic benefits of several million dollars as well as decrease of customer complaints.
