Mars Inc. (Russia) – Food Processing Industry Russian Association Six Sigma provided Lean Six Sigma training and deployment services to Mars’ pet care products manufacturing facility in Stupino, Moscow Region. A group of Mars employees were trained for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level and completed a number of pilot projects under coaching and supervision of Association professionals. Most notable projects were:

• Reduction of dry feed production costs (economic benefits of over $1 million per year)
• Quick launch of new production lines. Cycle time of new lines testing and launch decreased by 4 times.
