Johnson & Johnson Russia – Pharmaeutical Industry Russian Association Six Sigma assisted Johnson & Johnson’s LifeScan team in application of Lean Six Sigma methods to increase the efficiency of sales network for glucometer sales in Russia. As a result, company’s market share on this market increased by 3 percentage points over the first year of the project.
