Audatex – Software Design, Insurance Audatex is a Russian software developer that designed a specialized software for damage assessment for auto insurance companies. Russian Association Six Sigma assisted the company in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma for evaluation of insurance companies’ business processes on damage assessment in order to support the business case for the software. As a result, modified version of the mobile software was sold to Alfa Insurance and a number of other insurance companies.
