Joint project of Russian Association Six Sigma and BMGi on deployment of statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma technologies on the company’s plant in Dmitrov, Moscow Region.

• Trained a group of SPC professionals;
• Trained one Six Sigma Black Belt professional

As a result of the project, the plant’s efficiency grew dramatically over the next few years, and it was later acquired by Rexam PLC.
General Manager of the plant, who initiated the project, currently serves as a CEO of Alcoa Russia.
