PolyPlastic Group – Piping Industry Russian Association Six Sigma assisted in Lean Six Sigma deployment for the largest Russian manufacturer of plastic pipes. Project included training of Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and consulting support during implementation of pilot projects. These first projects resulted in economic benefits exceeding $10 million.
