• Introduction to Six Sigma seminar for top executives;
• Training of the first group of Lean Six Sigma Green Belts.

One of the Association professionals was deployed for inside the bank to organize the internal Lean Six Sigma deployment center. Total economic benefits from Lean Six Sigma deployment is estimated at over $30 million.
